There is the special nation that can invade any country using the holocaust-weapon, kill thousands of civilians, ignore all the UN resolutions, and still manage claim to be victims of terrorism needing more protection and more privlidge.
Therefore, all nations are equal under the international law and the UN Charter as long as those nations belong to the US approved club. This is why you have power in the US-led club called the Security Council or as Ghadafi would say the Terror Council, and the peasents resides in the General Assembly.
